Terms of Service

1. Parties

The service is provided by Fivarro AS (in formation), hereinafter 'Fivarro', 'we' or 'us'. You as the user, hereinafter 'you', 'the customer' or 'the tenant'.

2. Service Description

Fivarro is a cloud-based CRM (Customer Relationship Management) service for businesses, offered as software-as-a-service (SaaS) by subscription.

3. Account and Responsibility

• You are responsible for keeping account information accurate and up to date.

4. Subscription and Payment

• Prices are listed on fivarro.no.

5. Free Trial

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with no payment information required. After the trial, an active subscription is required for continued access.

6. Your Data

• We process your data on your behalf as a data processor — see the privacy policy.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to:

• Store or distribute unlawful content

8. Uptime and Support

• Support is available via email at support@fivarro.com. We respond within 1 business day.

9. Intellectual Property

• Fivarro and its logo, design and code are the property of Fivarro.

10. Limitation of Liability

Fivarro is not liable for indirect losses, lost revenue, loss of data, or consequential damages. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid in the preceding 12 months.

11. Changes

• Material changes to these terms are communicated by email with at least 30 days' notice.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement. We may terminate your account with immediate effect for serious misuse or non-payment after notice.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Disputes shall be resolved amicably where possible. If not, Oslo District Court shall have jurisdiction.
